Since their youth, the two female guitarists have been united by Christina Schorn-Mancinelli and Yvonne Zehner

a deep friendship. At the Mozarteum University, they deepened their relationship

musically. This symbiosis is reflected in their interpretations as well as in their

repertoire reflects this. Both musicians share a passion for social engagement as well as artistic

Popular music and contemporary works. Since 2007, they have jointly directed the International

Halleiner Guitar Festival.

With Salty Guitars, the duo pays homage to the 'white gold' of their hometowns, Hallein and
